SECA (Simultaneous Evaluation of Criteria and Alternatives) on monikriteerisen päätöksenteon (MCDM) menetelmä, jonka esittelivät Keshavarz Ghorabaee, M., Amiri, M., Zavadskas, E. K., Turskis, Z., Antucheviciene, J. vuonna 2018. Se muuntaa useilla kriteereillä pisteytettyjen vaihtoehtojen päätösmatriisin jäsennellyksi, toistettavaksi tulokseksi.
