Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) on systemaattinen, monikriteeristä päätöksentekoa (MCDM, monikriteerinen päätöksenteko) hyödyntävä menetelmä, jonka esitteli Stamatis, D. H. vuonna 1995. Se muuntaa useilla kriteereillä pisteytettyjen vaihtoehtojen päätösmatriisin jäsennellyksi, toistettavaksi tulokseksi.
