Päätöksenteon kokeilu- ja arviointilaboratorio
DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) on painotettu subjektiivinen monikriteerinen päätöksentekomalli (MCDM), jonka Gabus ja Fontela esittelivät vuonna 1972. Se muuntaa päätösmatriisin, jossa vaihtoehdot on pisteytetty useiden kriteerien mukaan, jäsennellyksi ja toistettavaksi tulokseksi.
