Das lokale räumliche Durbin-Modell (Local SDM) erweitert das globale räumliche Durbin-Modell, indem es zulässt, dass Regressionskoeffizienten räumlich variieren. Es kombiniert die Fähigkeit des SDM, sowohl den räumlichen Lag der abhängigen Variable als auch räumliche Lags von Kovariaten zu erfassen, mit einem geografisch gewichteten Schätzrahmen, der standortspezifische direkte und indirekte Spillover-Effekte erzeugt.
