Bayesiansk Fisher's eksakte test

Den Bayesianske Fisher's eksakte test evaluerer uafhængighed mellem to kategoriske variable i en 2x2 tabel ved at beregne en Bayes-faktor i stedet for en p-værdi. Ved at anvende konjugerede prior-fordelinger på celle-sandsynlighederne — oftest Gunel-Dickey-rammeværket — kvantificerer den, hvor meget de observerede data favoriserer en associationsmodel frem for en uafhængighedsmodel, og giver en kontinuerlig skala af evidens i begge retninger.
