Bayesiansk hotspotanalyse

Bayesiansk hotspotanalyse identificerer spatiale klynger af forhøjet risiko eller intensitet ved at kombinere observerede data med forudgående overbevisninger om spatial struktur. Den anvender Bayesiansk udjævning — puljer information på tværs af naboområder — for at stabilisere estimater i små områder og markerer derefter lokationer, hvor den posterior sandsynlighed for at overskride en risikotærskel er høj.
