Bayesiansk Differentiel Item Funktion (Bayesian DIF)

Bayesiansk analyse af differentiel item funktion detekterer, om et test-item opfører sig forskelligt på tværs af demografiske eller kulturelle grupper – såsom mænd vs. kvinder – efter at have taget højde for den underliggende evne eller egenskab, der måles. Den anvender Bayesiansk IRT-estimation til at opnå posteriorfordelinger af item-parametre separat for hver gruppe og evaluerer derefter gruppedifferencer med posteriore kredibilitetsintervaller eller Bayes-faktorer frem for klassiske p-værdier.
