SCOR Model

Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) er en standardiseret ramme for forsyningskædestyring, udviklet af Supply Chain Council (nu APICS) i 1996. SCOR giver en struktureret tilgang til at identificere, evaluere og forbedre forsyningskædeprocesser på tværs af organisationer, uanset branche. Den integrerer planlægning, indkøb, produktion, levering og returnering i en sammenhængende operationel model.
