Risikobaseret statistisk proceskontrol

Risikobaseret statistisk proceskontrol (Risk-based SPC) er en ingeniørmæssig kvalitetsmetode, der integrerer formel risikoanalyse — typisk FMEA eller en risikomatrix — med statistisk procesovervågning for at fokusere kontrolkortressourcer på de procesparametre, der udgør den største risiko for produktkvalitet eller systemsikkerhed. I stedet for at anvende kontrolkort ensartet på tværs af alle variable, retter risikobaseret SPC en tættere overvågning mod højrisiko, høj-impact proceskarakteristika identificeret gennem struktureret fareprioritering.
