Optimering-assisteret proceskapacitetsanalyse

Optimering-assisteret proceskapacitetsanalyse kombinerer klassiske kapacitetsindeks (Cp, Cpk, Cpm) med matematisk optimering for at identificere procesparameterindstillinger, der samtidigt opfylder tekniske specifikationer og maksimerer proceskapacitet. I stedet for blot at måle, om en proces er kapabel, foreskriver den kontrolfaktorniveauer — middelværdi, varians, tolerancer — der skubber kapaciteten over en måltærskel. Den anvendes bredt i fremstillings-, kemisk proces- og kvalitetsingeniørkontekster, hvor flere procesvariable skal tunes samlet.
