Penetration Testing Metodologi

Penetration testing er et autoriseret, kontrolleret simuleret angreb på systemer, netværk og applikationer for at evaluere deres sikkerhedsforsvar. I modsætning til sårbarhedsvurdering (som identificerer svagheder) udnytter penetration testing aktivt sårbarheder for at demonstrere reel indvirkning, bekræfte udnyttelighed og vurdere en organisations evne til at håndtere hændelser.
