Dynamisk hændelsesstudie design

Det dynamiske hændelsesstudie design udvider den standardmæssige difference-in-differences ramme ved at estimere behandlingseffekter i hver periode før og efter hændelsen, snarere end at kollapse alt til en enkelt koefficient efter behandling. Ved at plotte led- og lagkoefficienter mod relativ hændelsestid kan forskere samtidigt teste for eksisterende trends og spore, hvordan den kausale effekt udvikler sig over flere perioder efter behandling.
