Model SCOR
El Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) és un marc estandarditzat per a la gestió de la cadena de subministrament, desenvolupat pel Supply Chain Council (ara APICS) el 1996. SCOR proporciona un enfocament estructurat per identificar, avaluar i millorar els processos de la cadena de subministrament a través de les organitzacions, independentment del sector. Integra la planificació, l'aprovisionament, la fabricació, el lliurament i les devolucions en un model operatiu coherent.
