Estadística Espacial Basada en Tractes
L'Estadística Espacial Basada en Tractes (TBSS) és un mètode d'anàlisi a nivell de vòxel per detectar diferències grupals en la microestructura de la substància blanca a partir de dades de ressonància magnètica per difusió. Publicat per Stephen M. Smith i col·laboradors el 2006, TBSS aborda els problemes de registre i de comparacions múltiples inherents a l'anàlisi a nivell de vòxel, projectant mapes individuals d'anisotropia fraccional (FA) sobre un esquelet de substància blanca derivat d'una plantilla de població.
