ResumDomain-adaptive Named Entity Recognition (DA-NER) applies named entity recognition to a target domain by transferring or adapting a model trained on a source domain, using techniques such as domain-specific pre-training, adversarial alignment, or feature augmentation. It addresses the performance collapse that standard NER models suffer when deployed outside their training domain.Transfer Learning with BERT-based Classification adapts a large transformer language model, pre-trained on massive text corpora, to a target classification task by fine-tuning its weights on labeled examples. The pre-trained representations encode rich syntactic and semantic knowledge, enabling high accuracy even when the labeled dataset is small.
