বেয়েশীয় মিশ্র প্রভাব মডেল (Bayesian mixed effects model) ধ্রুপদী মিশ্র প্রভাব কাঠামোর (classical mixed effects framework) একটি সম্প্রসারণ, যেখানে সমস্ত প্যারামিটারের উপর পূর্ববর্তী বিন্যাস (prior distributions) স্থাপন করা হয় — স্থির প্রভাব (fixed effects), দৈব প্রভাবের ভেদাঙ্ক (random effect variances), এবং অবশিষ্ট ভেদাঙ্ক (residual variance) — এবং ডেটা ব্যবহার করে সেগুলোকে হালনাগাদ করে সম্পূর্ণ উত্তরকালীন বিন্যাস (posterior distributions) তৈরি করা হয়। এটি একই সাথে জনসংখ্যা-স্তর (population-level) এবং গোষ্ঠী-স্তর (group-level) উভয় প্রভাবের জন্য সুসংগত অনিশ্চয়তা পরিমাপ (uncertainty quantification) প্রদান করে।
