বেয়েশীয় অনুক্রমিক ক্লাস্টারিং একটি সম্ভাব্যতাভিত্তিক সমষ্টিগত অ্যালগরিদম যা প্রতিটি ধাপে বেয়েশীয় মডেল তুলনার মাধ্যমে নেস্টেড ক্লাস্টার মার্জের একটি ট্রি তৈরি করে। জ্যামিতিক লিঙ্কেজ মানদণ্ডকে সর্বনিম্ন করার পরিবর্তে, এটি প্রতিটি সম্ভাব্য মার্জে মূল্যায়ন করে যে দুটি ক্লাস্টারের ডেটা একটি একক সম্মিলিত মডেল দ্বারা ভালভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে নাকি দুটি পৃথক মডেল দ্বারা, যা একটি পরিসংখ্যানগতভাবে নীতিসম্মত ডেনড্রোগ্রাম তৈরি করে।
