Cokriging
Cokriging, যা ক্রiging-এর একটি সম্প্রসারণ, একটি প্রাথমিক চলকের পূর্বাভাস উন্নত করার জন্য এক বা একাধিক সম্পর্কযুক্ত গৌণ চলক ব্যবহার করে। যখন আগ্রহের চলকটি অল্প সংখ্যক নমুনা দ্বারা পরিমাপ করা হয় কিন্তু একটি সম্পর্কিত, পরিমাপ করা সহজ চলকটি প্রচুর পরিমাণে পরিমাপ করা হয়, তখন cokriging তাদের পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক (cross-correlation) এর মাধ্যমে গৌণ চলক থেকে শক্তি ধার করে, যা কেবল প্রাথমিক চলকের ক্রiging-এর চেয়ে আরও নির্ভুল ইন্টারপোলেশন এবং পূর্বাভাসের ভেদাঙ্ক (prediction variances) প্রদান করে।
