تتبع سرعة العمل الرشيقة
يقيس تتبع السرعة كمية العمل (عادةً نقاط القصة أو المهام) التي يكملها الفريق في دورة عمل (sprint)، مما يتيح تخطيط السعة، والتنبؤ بالإصدارات، وتحديد تحسينات العمليات. توفر السرعة، التي قدمها Schwaber (2002) في منهجية Scrum، بيانات تجريبية لتخطيط دورات العمل الواقعية والتنبؤ بالجدول الزمني للمشروع. تستخدم الفرق اتجاهات السرعة لتحديد الاختناقات والتحقق من صحة تحسينات العمليات.
