تحليل الموجة المقترنة الصارم (RCWA) هو طريقة حسابية شبه تحليلية لحل معادلات ماكسويل في الهياكل الدورية مثل الشبكات الحيود والبلورات الفوتونية. تم تطوير RCWA بواسطة محرم وجيلورد في عام 1981، وهي توسع المجالات الكهرومغناطيسية في كل منطقة دورية إلى متسلسلات فورييه وتقترن المجالات عند الواجهات، مما يتيح محاكاة دقيقة وفعالة لانعراج الضوء والرنين وانتشار الموجات في الوسائط المهيكلة.
