مقياس الاعتماد على الرعاية (CDS) هو أداة تقييم شاملة تقيس درجة الاعتماد على الرعاية لدى المرضى من خلال تقييم قدرتهم على أداء أنشطة الحياة اليومية وإدارة حالاتهم الصحية بشكل مستقل. يركز مقياس CDS، الذي طوره آتي ديجكسترا وزملاؤه، على الاستقلال البدني والمشاركة الاجتماعية، ويوفر قياسًا كميًا لعبء عمل التمريض ومتطلبات الرعاية. وهو مفيد بشكل خاص في الرعاية طويلة الأمد وإعادة التأهيل وإعدادات رعاية المسنين.
