يُوسّع خوارزمية التجميع الهرمي الكثافي للتطبيقات المكانية (HDBSCAN) عبر دمج إشراف جزئي — مثل قيود زوجية يجب ربطها (must-link) أو لا يمكن ربطها (cannot-link) أو مجموعة صغيرة من الأمثلة المُصنّفة — لتوجيه التسلسل الهرمي للتجميع الكثافي نحو تعيينات تجميع متوافقة مع المعرفة المتاحة بالمجال.
