بحث تصميمي متعدد الحالات (MCDBR) هو منهجية تدخلية مستمدة من علوم التعلم وأبحاث التعليم. وهي توسع نطاق البحث التصميمي أحادي الموقع من خلال تطبيق وتحسين تدخل تعليمي بشكل تكراري عبر موقعين أو أكثر من المواقع أو السياقات أو مجموعات المشاركين المتميزة، سواء بشكل متزامن أو متتابع. يعزز هيكل الحالات المتعددة قابلية النقل النظري ويكشف عن الاختلافات المعتمدة على السياق التي لا يمكن لكشفها في موقع واحد.
