الملخصFunctional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) is a systematic process for identifying the environmental and behavioral factors that maintain or contribute to a target behavior. Developed by Richard O'Neill, Robert Horner, and colleagues in the 1990s, FBA is a cornerstone of applied behavior analysis and is widely used in educational, clinical, and organizational settings to guide evidence-based behavior intervention planning.Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) assessment is a structured diagnostic and formulation process that identifies the relationships between situations, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors maintaining psychological distress. Rooted in the cognitive model developed by Aaron T. Beck in the 1960s, CBT assessment produces a personalized functional analysis that guides treatment planning and intervention selection.
