Female Sexual Function Index
The FSFI is a 19-item multidimensional self-report instrument designed to assess sexual function in women across the lifespan. Developed by Rosen and colleagues in 2000, it measures six core domains of sexual response and has become a gold standard in both clinical and research settings for evaluating female sexual dysfunction.
