| Tóm tắt≠ | The KDQOL is the most widely used quality of life measure for chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, particularly those on dialysis. Developed by Ron Hays and colleagues in 1994, this multidimensional questionnaire (full version 134 items; short-form KDQOL-SF 36 items) measures kidney disease-specific impacts on physical function, emotional well-being, social participation, and treatment burden. It is the standard outcome measure in renal research and clinical practice. | The DQOL is a patient-reported measure of quality of life impact in people with diabetes. Developed by the Diabetes Control and Complications Trial (DCCT) Research Group in 1988, this 46-item questionnaire assesses how diabetes affects daily functioning, emotional well-being, worry about complications, and satisfaction with life and health. It is widely used in diabetes clinical trials and research to capture the burden of diabetes management and impact on psychosocial well-being. |
