| Підсумок≠ | The Children's Dietary Questionnaire (CDQ) is a parent-proxy or child self-report food frequency questionnaire designed to assess usual dietary intake in children and adolescents aged 6–18 years. Developed by Rockett and colleagues at Harvard School of Public Health in the 1990s, it captures consumption of 60–120 common foods and beverages with frequency and portion size information. The CDQ enables estimation of daily energy, macronutrient, and micronutrient intakes and characterization of dietary patterns (e.g., prudent vs. Western diet). | The HDDS is a simple, 12-item food group checklist that captures the diversity of the household diet in the preceding 24 hours. Developed by the FAO in 2011 as a proxy indicator of dietary quality and nutrient adequacy, the HDDS enables rapid assessment of the nutritional vulnerability of households in resource-limited settings. A household with access to foods from many groups is more likely to consume adequate calories, protein, and micronutrients. |
