Interpretiv grundad teori
Interpretiv grundad teori är en kvalitativ metodologi som induktivt bygger upp substantiell teori från data, samtidigt som den utgår från en interpretivistisk epistemologisk ståndpunkt. Den har utvecklats mest fullständigt av Kathy Charmaz och hävdar att forskaren och deltagaren samkonstruerar mening, att kategorier skapas snarare än upptäcks, och att den resulterande teorin är ett av flera möjliga konton snarare än en objektiv återgivning av den sociala verkligheten.
