Strategiska valmetoden
Den strategiska valmetoden (SCA) är en interaktiv, workshop-baserad metod för problemstrukturering utvecklad av John Friend och Allen Hickling, först publicerad 1987 och förfinad i den definitiva tredje upplagan av Planning Under Pressure (2005). SCA hjälper grupper av planerare och intressenter att hantera sammankopplade beslut under osäkerhet genom att explicit kartlägga beslutsområden, kombinationer av alternativ och källor till osäkerhet innan man åtar sig handling.
