Riskanalyserad processkapacitetsanalys
Riskanalyserad processkapacitetsanalys (RBPCA) kombinerar klassiska processkapacitetsindex (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) med strukturerade verktyg för riskanalys — såsom FMEA:s riskprioritetstal — för att prioritera förbättringsåtgärder, inte bara baserat på hur kapabel en process är, utan även på den potentiella skada dess fel kan orsaka. Metoden används i stor utsträckning inom fordons-, flyg-, medicinteknik- och läkemedelstillverkning för att anpassa beslut inom kvalitetsteknik till krav på riskhantering.
