TODIM (TOmada de Decisão Interativa e Multicriterio (Interaktivt och Multikriteriellt Beslutsfattande)) är en rangordnande multikriteriell beslutsmetod (MCDM) som introducerades av Gomes, L. F. A. M., Lima, M. M. P. P. år 1992. Den omvandlar en beslutsmatris med alternativ bedömda utifrån flera kriterier till ett strukturerat, reproducerbart resultat.
