| Sammanfattning≠ | The Taguchi Method is a robust design methodology developed by Genichi Taguchi, first systematized in his 1987 work, that uses orthogonal arrays to study many control factors in a minimum number of experimental runs while quantifying product or process quality through Signal-to-Noise (S/N) ratios. Its central goal is to design products and processes that are insensitive — or robust — to uncontrollable noise factors such as environmental variation, material inconsistency, or user behavior. | One-way ANOVA is a parametric hypothesis test that compares the means of three or more independent groups on a single continuous outcome to decide whether at least one group mean differs. It rests on the variance-partitioning framework introduced by Ronald A. Fisher in 1925. |
