| Sammanfattning≠ | The Difficulty in Military-to-Civilian Transition Scale measures the severity of adjustment challenges experienced by separating and separated service members. It assesses distress across psychological, social, occupational, and identity domains as individuals transition from military life to civilian society. Used in VA clinical settings, military transition programs, and research, it identifies service members at risk for prolonged transition difficulty and informs targeted intervention. | The PCL-M is a 17-item self-report inventory measuring PTSD symptom severity in military personnel. Developed by Weathers and colleagues in 1993, it directly corresponds to DSM-IV diagnostic criteria. It is widely used in military, veteran, and trauma-exposed populations for screening and monitoring treatment response. |
