Sammanfattning	Critical autoethnography combines the self-reflective personal narrative of autoethnography with the social-justice orientation of critical theory. The researcher uses their own lived experience as primary data to interrogate power structures, systemic inequalities, and cultural norms — treating the personal not merely as testimony but as a site for political and theoretical critique. It is widely used to center the voices of marginalized groups and challenge dominant social narratives.	Autoethnography is a qualitative research method in which the researcher uses systematic self-reflection and personal narrative to examine their own experiences within a cultural, social, or organizational context. By treating the self as both subject and instrument, autoethnography connects individual lived experience to broader cultural patterns, making personal stories analytically and socially significant.
