Rumslig Bayesiansk slutsats
Spatial Bayesian inference tillämpar Bayesiansk hierarkisk modellering på data som är indexerade av geografisk plats. Genom att placera strukturerade spatiala priordistributioner på plats-specifika slumpmässiga effekter, lånar modellen information från angränsande regioner eller närliggande punkter, vilket ger jämna, osäkerhetskvantifierade kartor över alla spatialt varierande utfall – sjukdomsfrekvenser, föroreningsnivåer, artrikedom eller miljömässig risk.
