Zbulimi i parafrazave është një detyrë e përpunimit të gjuhës natyrore që vendos nëse dy fjali të shprehura me fjalë të ndryshme bartin të njëjtin kuptim. Detyra dhe burimet e saj referencë u krijuan nga Dolan dhe Brockett (2005), dhe ajo qëndron në themel të zbulimit të plagjiaturës, përputhjes së pyetjeve dhe heqjes së të dhënave të tepërta.
