Regresioni Gjeografikisht i Vlerësuar Bayesiane (BGWR) kombinon kuadrin e koeficientëve që ndryshojnë në hapësirë të GWR me inferencën Bayesiane, duke vendosur priorë të procesit Gaussian mbi koeficientët e regresionit që ndryshojnë lokalisht. Kjo jep shpërndarje të plota pasuese mbi çdo koeficient në çdo lokacion, duke ofruar kuantifikim të pasigurisë me parime, në vend të vetëm vlerësimeve pikësore.
