Analiza ATAC-seq
ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) është një metodë për profilizimin e peizazhit të aksesueshmërisë së kromatinës në të gjithë gjenomin. Zhvilluar nga Buenrostro dhe kolegët në vitin 2013, ATAC-seq përdor transpozazën hiperaktive për të etiketuar rajonet e hapura dhe të aksesueshme të kromatinës, duke mundësuar identifikimin e shpejtë dhe të ndjeshëm të elementeve rregullatore të ADN-së. ATAC-seq është bërë një teknikë standarde për karakterizimin e peizazheve rregullatore të gjeneve, zbulimin e elementeve rregullatore specifike për tipin qelizor dhe inferimin e rrjeteve rregullatore të gjeneve.
