Analiza e aftësisë së procesit hibrid kombinon dy ose më shumë teknika të vlerësimit të aftësisë — për shembull, indekset klasike (Cp, Cpk) me logjikën fuzzy, inferencën bootstrap, ose vlerësimin Bayesian — për të kapërcyer kufizimet e çdo qasjeje të vetme. Duke integruar metoda plotësuese, ajo ofron deklarata më të forta aftësie për procese jo-normale, asimetrike, ose me vrapime të shkurtra, ku vetëm indekset standard do të mashtronin vendimet e cilësisë.
