Gjenerimi Automatizuar i Modeleve Testuese (ATPG) është krijimi i automatizuar i vektorëve testues që zbulojnë defektet e prodhimit në qarqe digjitale. Pionieruar nga Roth në 1966, ATPG gjen sistematikisht hyrje që bëjnë defektet 'stuck-at' të vëzhgueshme në dalje, duke mundësuar zbulimin gjithëpërfshirës të defekteve. ATPG është kritike për prodhimin e gjysmëpërçuesve: mundësimi i mbulimit të lartë testues siguron që dërgohen vetëm çipa të mirë dhe identifikon problemet e procesit të prodhimit.
