Inventar i Shpejtë i Simptomave Depresive (QIDS)

Inventari i Shpejtë i Simptomave Depresive (QIDS) është një vlerësim me 16 pyetje i dizenjuar nga A. John Rush dhe kolegët e tij për të matur në mënyrë efikase ashpërsinë e simptomave depresive te të rriturit. Botuar në Biological Psychiatry në vitin 2003, QIDS ekziston si në versionin e vetë-raportuar (QIDS-SR) ashtu edhe në atë të vlerësuar nga klinicisti (QIDS-C). Ai u zhvillua si një alternativë e shkurtër ndaj Inventarit më të gjatë të Simptomave Depresive (IDS, 30 pyetje) duke ruajtur mbulimin gjithëpërfshirës të simptomave depresive sipas DSM-IV. QIDS është bërë një masë standarde e rezultateve në kërkimin e trajtimit, veçanërisht në studimet e mëdha të efektivitetit krahasues.
