Analiza Proteomike — Profilimi i Proteinave i Bazuar në Spektrometrinë e Masës
Analiza proteomike është një proces sistematik për identifikimin dhe kuantifikimin e proteinave në mostra biologjike duke përdorur spektrometrinë e masës. Duke filluar nga të dhënat spektrale të papërpunuara, rrjedha e punës kërkon në bazat e të dhënave të sekuencave proteinike, vlerëson bollëkun nëpër kushte, aplikon teste statistikore për shprehjen diferenciale dhe harton gjetjet në rrugët biologjike. Ajo plotëson transkriptomikën duke kapur rregullimin post-translacionshëm dhe bollëkun aktual të proteinave, dhe është thelbësore për zbulimin e biomarkerëve, identifikimin e objektivave të ilaçeve dhe biologjinë e sistemeve.
