Simulimi i dritës së ditës është një metodë kompjuterike për parashikimin e disponueshmërisë dhe shpërndarjes së dritës së ditës në hapësira të brendshme dhe vlerësimin e rehatisë vizuale në kushte qielli të ndryshueshme. Zhvilluar nga studiues si Christoph Reinhart dhe John Mardaljevic në vitet 2000, ajo është bërë qendrore në projektimin e ndërtesave të shëndetshme dhe efikase energjetike, të cilat maksimizojnë dritën natyrale duke kontrolluar verbimin.
