TERCOM
TERCOM (Terrain Contour Matching) është një metodë navigimi e ndihmuar nga terreni që korrigjon vlerësimet e pozicionit duke krahasuar matjet e altimetrit me një hartë digjitale të relievit (DEM) të ruajtur. Zhvilluar nga Boeing në vitet 1980 për drejtimin e raketave lundruese, TERCOM mundëson navigim të saktë në mjedise ku GPS mungon duke shfrytëzuar firmën unike të terrenit në çdo vendndodhje. TERCOM mbetet thelbësor për drejtimin e raketave, automjeteve autonome nënujore dhe sistemeve që operojnë në skenarë bllokimi.
