Podsumowanie	The Transcultural Self-Efficacy Tool (TSET) is an 83-item self-report measure designed to assess nurses' confidence and capability in delivering culturally competent care. The instrument evaluates provider behaviors and attitudes that honor patients' cultural identities, values, and preferences, including active listening, non-judgmental communication, incorporation of cultural health beliefs into care planning, and shared decision-making. The PPCSS can be completed by both patients (rating provider behavior) and providers (self-rating), making it a valuable tool for evaluating patient-centered, culturally responsive care.
