PodsumowanieAddiQoL is a disease-specific quality of life questionnaire developed to assess the burden of primary and secondary adrenal insufficiency, encompassing physical, emotional, and social domains relevant to patients on glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid replacement therapy. Developed by Evers and Tiemensma in 2012, it is the first formally validated instrument specifically designed for adrenal insufficiency populations. The Diabetes Symptom Checklist is a 34-item patient-reported outcome measure assessing the frequency and burden of symptoms directly related to diabetes and its complications. Developed by Grootenhuis and colleagues in 1994, it captures eight symptom dimensions including hyperglycemic symptoms, hypoglycemic symptoms, fatigue, polyuria, neuropathic pain, and psychological distress. The instrument is used to quantify symptom experience and treatment response across diverse diabetes populations.
