Gevoeligheidsanalyse met proces capabiliteitsanalyse is een kwantitatieve technische methode die de meting van procesprestaties — via capabiliteitsindices zoals Cp en Cpk — combineert met systematische variatie van inputfactoren om te identificeren welke factoren het sterkst beïnvloeden of een proces voldoet aan zijn specificatielimieten. Het wordt veel gebruikt in Six Sigma-projecten, kwaliteitsverbetering in de productie en Design of Experiments-contexten om te prioriteren waar corrigerende maatregelen de grootste winst in procescapabiliteit zullen opleveren.
