ROUGH-VIKOR (Rough-VIKOR — Ruwe uitbreiding van VIKOR) is een rangschikkende multi-criteria besluitvormingsmethode (MCDM) geïntroduceerd door Zhu, G. Hu, J. Qi, J. Gu, C. Peng, Y. in 2015. Het transformeert een beslissingsmatrix van alternatieven gescoord op meerdere criteria in een gestructureerd, reproduceerbaar resultaat.
