Operationele Competitiviteitsbeoordeling
OCRA (Operationele Competitiviteitsbeoordeling) is een rangschikkingsmethode voor multi-criteria besluitvorming (MCDM) geïntroduceerd door Parkan, C. in 1994. Het transformeert een beslissingsmatrix van alternatieven, gescoord op meerdere criteria, naar een gestructureerd, reproduceerbaar resultaat.
