KEMIRA (Kemeny Mediaan Indicator Ranks Overeenstemming) is een rangschikkende multi-criteria besluitvormingsmethode (MCDM) geïntroduceerd door Krylovas, A. Zavadskas, E. K. Kosareva, N.
